Why does our pension's name include the word "Stay"?
Located at the very upper part of Hyeongjeong Valley, a pristine stream renowned in Pyeongchang,
our pension is a healing haven filled with the white noise of birdsong, wind, and flowing water.
We chose the name "Stay" in the hope that our guests would find it a comfortable place to rest and rejuvenate.
In keeping with this spirit, we have always adhered to a policy of early check-in and late check-out,
which has become a unique source of pride for our pension.
In addition, we have decided to offer significantly discounted rates for stays of two or more nights starting
in September 2023. This means that for stays of two or more nights, the rate for each additional night after
the first night will be discounted by 50% off the regular rate.
For example, if you book a Guest Room (for 2 people) for 2 nights on a weekend, the total cost would previously
have been 360,000 won (200,000 won per night * 2 nights * 10% discount), but starting in September, you will be
able to stay for a total of 300,000 won (200,000 won + 100,000 won).
On weekdays, the cost will decrease from 270,000 won (150,000 won per night * 2 * 0.9) to 225,000 won (150,000 won
+ 75,000 won). The discount will be even greater for stays of 3 or more nights.
This long-term stay discount applies regardless of whether it is peak season or off-season, weekdays or
weekends. However, during the peak summer season (mid-July to mid-August), there will be some adjustments
to check-in and check-out times. Specifically, during the peak summer season, check-in will be at 3:00 PM and
check-out will be at 11:00 AM. However, the long-term stay discount will still apply.
The reason for this pricing policy is that we want to encourage our guests to stay longer if they can. As the owner,
I know all too well the difference between a one-night and a two-night trip, and I want to give our guests the time
and space to relax and comfortable.
Of course, there is also a financial aspect to this decision, but I hope you understand that this is not the only reason
why we have decided to offer the same discount during the peak summer season.
We hope that all of our guests who visit Stay Grazia will have a relaxing and healing time.
Thank you.
